Standard/Pre-order: If the selected size is not available in stock or the item is placed as a pre-order, we require 10–15 working days to produce/prepare your order before dispatch.
Customised Orders: For customised orders with embellishments, production time is typically 15–20 working days from payment confirmation.

International delivery (worldwide): Within 5 working days after dispatch (timelines can vary due to destination-country customs/clearance and courier network conditions).
Tracking details: We provide full delivery details, including a live tracking number, so you can follow your package's journey once it leaves our hands.
