Production time (before dispatch)
Standard/Pre-order: If the selected size is not available in stock or the item is placed as a pre-order, we require 10–15 working days to produce/prepare your order before dispatch.
Customised Orders: For customised orders with embellishments, production time is typically 15–20 working days from payment confirmation.
Timeline variations: While we always aim to meet our targets, production time may occasionally vary due to adverse weather conditions or unavoidable national situations. We appreciate your understanding in these rare instances.

International delivery (worldwide): Within 5 working days after dispatch (timelines can vary due to destination-country customs/clearance and courier network conditions).
Tracking details: We provide full delivery details, including a live tracking number, so you can follow your package's journey once it leaves our hands.
